Week 2 Days 8 and 9

Days 8 and 9 (That's not potatoes!)

Hey Guys! Things are going great....I have been spot on with my nutrition. No real cravings to speak of, sometimes I will do a swiss miss low calorie got chocolate if I am craving something sweet, chocolate, or warm....it seems to do the trick.
 
Friday was a recovery day - I got adjusted by Dr. Carpeno. I went in feeling really sore and stiff due to the demands of my workout. When Dr. C was done with me I felt great. I showed Dr. the pics of my low right shoulder, we discussed some corrective exercises to implement.
